Our payment processing partner is PayPal. All transactions are conducted over a secure connection. You do not need to ba a PayPal member to buy from us.
An order is not accepted until we receive your payment. When you make a succesful payment you will receive an automated receipt by email direct from PayPal. Keep the email as proof of payment and quote the Transaction ID therein in any correspondence with us.
Shipping & Handling Charges
The ‘Free Delivery’ applies to UK only. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail (signed for) on the next working day after receipt of the order. For anywhere other than UK please contact us for delivery charges before placing your order. You can email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns and Exchanges
You have a statutory cancellation right of fourteen consecutive days starting from the day after receipt including weekends, bank or public holidays, to cancel the goods and you will receive a full refund of the price paid.
If you wish to cancel the contract (ie return the goods to us) you must inform us by email: email@example.com and we will issue you with a RTA # (returns authorisation #). After you have received authorisation you must then return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them and at your own risk and your own cost. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you cancel the contract in accordance with this provision we will process your refund as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days.
Goods returned must be new and in their original packaging. No returns will be approved and/or credited if the goods have been used, worn or damaged in any way.
If you want to exchange the goods for a different size, the same terms and conditions as above will apply plus a redelivery charge of £6.00 to UK addresses or the full cost of delivery to other destinations.
We recommend that you get proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility whilst in transit to us.

If you think the goods are faulty please email us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org and follow instructions as for returns and exchanges.
On receipt of the goods and after inspection we will either:
accept their return and refund the price of the goods
if the goods are found not to be faulty, return them to you.
Please note that goods will not be deemed to be faulty if the fault is not a result of manufacture but has been caused by wear and tear or misuse. For the purpose of this procedure we define the acceptable period of time for this type of footwear as three months.
